2-Year Warranty

Every DRIVECHAIR is hand-built in Germany and backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What's covered

• Heating system (3 levels, heating element, thermostat)
• Ventilation system (3-speed fans, ducts)
• Companion app connectivity (iOS & Android module)
• Physical control buttons and wiring harness
• EU power adapter
• Manufacturing defects on shell, stitching and upholstery

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fabric pilling)
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Damage caused by liquids, fire, or external accidents
• Cosmetic wear from intensive use

How to claim warranty

Send an email to drivechair@outlook.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A short description of the issue
3. Photos or a short video showing the defect

Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

Quality-checked before dispatch

Each DRIVECHAIR is inspected and tested before it leaves our workshop — heating, ventilation, app pairing and physical buttons are all verified manually.
