1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through the DRIVECHAIR website.

2. Products

DRIVECHAIR offers gaming seats built from genuine OEM automotive seats. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly vary depending on production batch.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($) depending on the customer's location. DRIVECHAIR reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order means full acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. All payments are processed securely through certified third-party providers. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (4-installment plan, 0% interest).

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days worldwide. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs, or logistical issues.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days after delivery to request a return. (Extended to 30 days for defects or quality issues.)

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See full Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

Every DRIVECHAIR is backed by a 2-year warranty. See full Warranty Policy.

10. Liability

DRIVECHAIR shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from product use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union and, where relevant, in the country of delivery.
