Shipping coverage

We ship to 30+ countries across Europe, North America, Oceania, and selected destinations in Asia and the Middle East. Customs and duties are fully covered by DRIVECHAIR — you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Order tracking

Once your DRIVECHAIR ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can follow your order in real time through the carrier's portal.

Delays

Delays may occasionally occur during peak demand or extreme weather. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, we'll either expedite a replacement or refund you in full.
