Your satisfaction is our priority. If your DRIVECHAIR doesn't meet your expectations, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. (Extended to 30 days for any defect or quality issue.)

Conditions

• Item must be unused
• Original packaging required
• All accessories included (mounting hardware, EU adapter, manual)

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective or arrived damaged — in which case we cover all costs.

Refund process

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item. Once approved:

• Refund processed within 3–5 business days
• Funds returned to the original payment method
• Confirmation email sent automatically
