How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your DRIVECHAIR ships from our German workshop.

Are the seats really OEM?

Yes — every DRIVECHAIR starts as a genuine OEM seat from BMW, Mercedes-AMG, Audi or Volkswagen. We don't replicate, we rebuild. Same shell, same stitching, same materials as the original car.

How does the heating and ventilation work?

Each seat is fitted with a 3-level heating system (30-second warm-up) and a 3-speed ventilation system. You control everything through the companion app (iOS & Android) or physical buttons in their original OEM placement.

Is it compatible with my sim rig?

Yes. Every DRIVECHAIR ships with universal mounting hardware compatible with all major sim rigs (Next Level Racing, Trak Racer, Sim-Lab, Playseat, etc.). Assembly takes 15–20 minutes.

What if I'm not satisfied?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund — no questions asked. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (pay in 4 × €74.99 with 0% interest).

Is there a warranty?

Yes — every DRIVECHAIR comes with a 2-year warranty covering all electronic components (heating, ventilation, app, buttons).

Where are they made?

Hand-built in Germany. Each unit is quality-checked before dispatch.
